We were looking for a larger home in a mountain town community and stumbled upon Laura's website, parkcityutahhomes4sale.com The vast amount of information about Park City, UT was very helpful in making our decision. Laura reached out to us and was very knowledgable about the town and everything taking place in it. It was very clear to us that she had been a local to Park City for many years given her depth of history and information about the town. We flew out and toured homes with her. She was very professional, yet kind, friendly, and authentic. When it came time to put an offer in, Laura was fast, smart, and knew exactly how to get the deal done for us. When dealing with multiple offer situations it was pertinent that we had an agent that knew how to negotiate and word the addendums/contact in a way that would win us the home. Having gone through this process 4 times in the past 25 years, I was a bit hesitant (at first) with a “cold referral.” I was absolutely not disappointed in the least and was appreciative of the introduction.
